Pathetic service

Since the 16/12, no updates has been made on my parcel GE*** according to the agent The call centre line seems to be busy, you can’t get through and if you do, they can’t assist. This is the worst courier service, your service are pathetic, I can see that it’s busy with clearance, but *** does it 4 days.. get more people, this is not the first time I experienced such horrible experience with GF
