Pathetic service

Pathetic customer service. I wonder why Temu decided to work with them.

Any attempts to contact them is routed to a non responsive WhatsApp and if you want to talk to an agent on the switchboard, it says unfortunately all agents are busy the whole day. Never a good business partner. Never trust them with their courier service, rather go to The Courier Guy
