Pathetic delivery service

This company has been sitting with my Temu order since Monday 6 April. Tracker saying out for delivery. Waiting, nothing. Wednesday 8 April tracker says delivery failed, no answer from customer. What! No phone calls received from this company but you lie and say I am not answering! Reschedule for next day Thursday 9 April. Still waiting for my delivery! Pathetic is an understatement! Why are these people still allowed to deliver Temu orders with all these complaints?
