PATHETIC DELAYED DELIVERY

I ordered a kitchen sink on Temu it was scheduled for delivery from GSF Express on 25th of February i phoned last week and the assistant said she will escalate the matter i phoned again today and my package is still at the Joburg Branch "on its way to Vanderbijlpark" same as last week. I am not even allowed to fetch my package at the joburg branch their services is pathetic!!!!
