Terrible customer service from this courier sewrvice, would not recommend it. Why does Temu use it. The contact centre unprofessional, unhelpful. Team leader not avaiable or do not contact customers as per the agents. I spoke to Buhle and I think the other person name is Nokthula. Buhle said she she will call within a hour and she did not. Unable to get back to her. They are rude no customer skills. Will not order from Temu again
