Pathetic customer service

If i could give -100 starts i would! Absolutely pathetic customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE at this establishment but it seems like no one can answer a phone. I have waited on several calls listening to music for so long that the line just cut. On the tracking website it states that my order has been out for delivery since 1am this morning and it is currently 3pm. If you want service please do not use GFS as you will get absolutely nothing from it.
