Pathetic company

GFS Express is a business ran by ******, I made a purchase at Temu and my order (GE***) was supposed to be delivered to me on the 15th May 2026 but nothing came until it was Monday 17 May 2026, when I logged onto the Temu app to check the delivery status I was surprised to see that the status had changed to Delivery at 20:27 but nothing was delivered to.

I called the company and spoke to Monique and she promised that the matter would be resolved within 3 days but up until today I haven't received my order and they are now unreachable, their WhatsApp is not attended to.

Temu should stop using this company because they are going to lose a lots of South African customers due to this courier company.
