Parcel NOT Delivered

Most pathetic courier conoany in South Africa.. I hate that Temu is using this company. Mostly in KZN drivers are rude.. They went back with my parcel because they did not want me to send a message using the registered cellphone that I have received the parcel. The following tried contacting them. and the number went through voicemail, called their call centre and told them that I dont want to see the driver because he was very rude. They took the parcel back to Durban.. It has been more than a week my parcel is not here. Yesterday I got a missed called, tried phoning back the number and robots on their contact centre, whatsapp not being functional, cellphone numbers switched off. I wish TEMU stop using this ******* and pathetic company
