Parcel Gone missing & refund delayed

I have encountered a huge problem with GFS Express as the carrier of Temu, I ordered parcels online(order number PO-***[Tracking number GE***])and never got them to date, I received messages that my parcel is on it's way for delivery but no one showed up, the next day I received an email stating their driver had been hijacked and my parcel was within the whole lot, I then followed up on the next steps to take and I was told the courier company refunds Temu and they refund me but none of that has happened to date, I had paid close to R4000 for the items and paid close to R800 for customs... Temu keeps on sending messages that my parcel will be delivered but on the other hand I'm being told the courier refunds Temu then back to me, clearly all this companies are ***** and they **** vulnerable clients, it is something so simple and clear,my parcel is gone and didn't reach me but they all keep on stalling, worse part I needed the items for work that very same weekend when they informed me the parcel was on its way, I am truly disappointed in Temu, GFS Express and courier guy company as they do not wanna take accountability and refund me all my money. Please be aware of this companies, customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds, all they care about is profit. I have come to a decision of opening a case against them, no customer deserves this.
