out for delivery for 2 weeks now but nothing arrived.

This company is useless, there is no one to take calls, all 3 of my shipment keeps on out of delivery but there are not arriving. one msg i got was that i was not reachable mind you they never contacted me. i ordered school things for my kids last year even now nothing and the schools are reopening tomorrow. No way to get in contact with a living support agent, helpdesk or any other form of interaction except the Whatsapp bot. Packages that is marked as out for delivery never arrives.
