Order not delivered.

I have had the worst treatment from gfs express. i placed two orders on 2 separate occasions. The order i placed second, was delivered before the first one i placed. When i call them about the first order, they keep saying that its at the warehouse waiting for a driver to pick it up. Its been 2 weeks since i have been told the same story. The call centre agents just don't care. One even asked me what do i expect them to do. I have lost money because of this company. Im so annoyed.
