Online purchases

I am truly disappointed with the service. I was told to pay taxes as I had bought a few items on Temu of which I did. Upon viewing the status on the app I noticed that it didn't reflect. I made efforts of communicating the situation and even provided proof of payment. My cries fell on deaf ears. I regret the day I decided to buy online.
