Ongoing Delivery Delay With No Customer Support

Honestly the worst experience. Customer support doesn't help much, speaking to an agent (when I finally got through) didn't help much, as she couldn't provide me with any useful or helpful information apart from what I already knew.

WhatsApp line us useless, dont even get me started on the email I sent that still hasn't been responded to.

My order was meant to arrive between 3-11 December, and has been "Out for delivery" since last week.

Due to upcoming travels, I need to know when to expect my parcel, I dont understand why it still hasn't been delivered to me as I know it is in Cape Town. Not sure why customers have to struggle to get their parcels.
