One star is low enough!

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I received a WhatsApp telling me to expect a delivery on Monday. I stayed in all day and no delivery happened. I used the WhatsApp line with no reply. I wrote to the e-mail address - no reply. I phoned the "hotline" and was shuffled to 4 people, the last of whom was unable to tell me when to expect my delivery and said their internal "service" standard was a grace period for the driver of 1-3 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they don't speak to customers. I have yet to receive my delivery.
