Not reveiving delivery and no support around delivery.

I see a lot of other people complaining about the same issues. I have a TEMU order that I should have received LAST YEAR, which is still pending.

More than a week ago, it was out for delivery, and the driver said he could not deliver it after saying he was going to deliver it 8 PM? The next day it was moved back into the warehouse with trying to get an update being impossible. If you log a WhatsApp request to speak to an agent you will wait 24+ hours just for a automated respond saying your issue has been sorted and the case has been closed, no response or actual communication? If you call their call centre you will be lucky if the call doesnt drop, and when they answer they cannot give you any udpates and say it will be delivered.

It's now almost 3 weeks since I have been waiting for my order to be delivered, since it has been ready for delivery. This is honestly a joke and I will never order from Temu or any provider again if they use GFS Express, worst experience of delivery experience ever.
