Not getting delivery

I'm so disappointed with this company, I placed my orders with Temu on 20.09.25. To my surprise today as I keep on trucking my orders I get the message saying orders has been delivered. Then I called their customer service to find out to whom was my order delivered too? Course I haven't received any phone call to say they are outside or whatever. Can they please give me the contact details of the drive who got my items or send me proof of delivery to check who signed for my items. But I was advised that they can't disclose that information. I should wait until Monday or Tuesday. I'm disgusted by the treat this issues as we owe them
