Non existent 'service'

WISH i could give them 0 stars.

Ordered from Temu on the 1st Dec 2025 and no delivery as of the 19th. WA channel doesn't work. No call centre. Phone numbers off the web ARE their WA number. Sent a text from WA and no constructive comms.

I wish Temu could offer different courier companies, i don't mind paying extra for proper comms AND reliability. At this point, kinda wish they don't deliver to get the refund.
