Non delivery of international parcel

They clear your parcel after you pay the taxes and then tell you it will be delivered. They then say it’s I. The warehouse..after numerous attempts to get assistance they now just put me on hold- when I ask for names of people I have spoken to they all tell me their name is Michelle - with different voices. Please note that this is not global Express but GFS

It’s a month now and nothing has been delivered.
