No updates No sms nothing

I made 4 payments to them with customs and I don't get any feedback from them . On my Temu account it's shows make payment I have done 4 payments thinking it's not done the amount of 211 rand they own me . I don't get any feedback no sms nothing from there side. GE*** that's my delivery code . Come back to me . I think this is the only way I will get a response from them .
