No services

My temu order has showed out for delivery for 3 days. I phoned to asked after the 3rd day wht I have not received my parcel yet, the answer was the driver did not have time to deliver my parcel. I nearly fell off my chair when I heard that excuse. For 3days having my parcel he did not have enough time. I phoned over 2 times , spoke to Gugu this morning that assured me that she will let the manager phone as as the manager was in a meeting. It's now 5pm and no phone call from the Manager. I have emailed whatsapped NO response. When asked when will I receive my parcel I was told I need to wait until its out for delivery. Very very very bad service. I order allot from temu and this was my first time receiving a package from GFS and omw I will make sure not to buy anything again that shows them as courier services. I still want to know when will I receive my parcel . ***
