No integrity, nor service

Driver contacts me on Thursday says he will deliver on Friday. I stay home all day Friday, no delivery, asked him twice what time I could expect him he couldn’t say. I see on Saturday driver has noted incorrect address which is a lie as he confirmed my address with me on Thursday. I call GFS Express on Saturday they tell me to call the driver myself and tell him to return it to the warehouse so another driver can deliver it. I check today (Monday) update states I was uncontactable yesterday. I Was home the entire day and received no missed calls on my phone. They lie so their stats look good blaming wrong address and uncontactable. Still no parcel
