No idea where my goods are or what’s happening! Worst service

I have tried calling the help desk to speak to an agent. Never able to connect and speak to an agent. Always get robotic response!

My duty taxes were paid on the 3rd! Package has been sitting at customs clearance since the 7th! No feedback no update and it is now the 10th December
