NO FEEDBACK AT ALL

Tracking nr GE*** : I made a duty payment on August 30th, but it still shows as outstanding. I have phoned their call centre, and they requested that I send them an email with proof of payment, which I did. I have sent the proof of payment now 7 times via e-mail, and still they have not responded, updated their system with my payment, or delivered the package
