No customer service

The most useless courier I have ever encountered.my parcel has been out four delivery since the 21st of August. Their phone just cuts-off when trying to call, so costumer service. when tracing the parcel on their website the status says "Delivery Failed-Rescheduled with Customer", which customer did they reschedule with coz i didn't receive any communication from them?
