No communication and they are unreachable

I don’t understand why Temu keeps using these carriers even after so many bad reviews. No communication from their side and they are unreachable. Poor customer service; 0/10. My order update just keeps saying “we are trying to deliver your order, if you have any questions contact us” but they are unreachable. Makes no sense at all Any Temu order from now on that goes to gfs, I’m gonna request a refund and I won’t be paying any vat and duty. Because I lost out by paying vat and duty from my last order. Temu did refund the order, God bless them. But gfs express haai, they must just close that company because it looks like they don’t know what they are doing
