Negative 5 star - GFS Express (Useless)

Absolutely useless delivery company. My parcel was marked as “Driver failed to deliver” with no explanation and no updated delivery date provided. There was zero communication or attempt to resolve the issue. When I followed up, I was told it would be “escalated” — to whom, exactly? No feedback, no accountability, and no solution.

I genuinely don’t understand why Temu continues to use this company. Extremely frustrating experience and completely unreliable service. Would not recommend.
