My parcel was marked "Out for delivery" in CAPE TOWN on 9 Oct

My parcel was marked "Out for delivery" in CAPE TOWN on 9 Oct. Tracking now says "Delivery Failed - Wrong phone number" at 20:05. This is completely FALSE. My phone number on Temu is 100% correct, my phone was on me all day, I had full signal, and I received ZERO calls, ZERO WhatsApp, ZERO SMS. No missed calls at all. Check your call logs, you never called me. The driver did NOT try to deliver and just **** to close the job. This is lazy and dishonest service. I waited the whole day at home for nothing.I am extremely angry and disappointed. I want my parcel redelivered Monday 12 Oct without any more excuses.
