To make matters worse, they make false delivery updates, such as claiming that “the customer refused delivery,” “the customer was unavailable,” or “the customer did not answer the phone.” None of these are true. I have been waiting for this delivery since October 24 and would never refuse an order I’ve been anticipating for weeks.
