Most pathetic courier I have come across ever

Absolutely unacceptable service. My parcel has been stuck in Johannesburg for a week (I’m in Cape Town). The tracking system falsely shows it as ‘out for delivery’ for the past 5 days, yet when I called, I was told it’s still sitting in Johannesburg with no indication of when it will even be sent to Cape Town. This shipping company is unreliable and *********** — Temu, and anyone else, should seriously reconsider using them.
