Most disgusting customer service ever

If stars could go in a negative that is what I would rate. Absolutely disgusting service. I hope TEMU decides to not make use of this company anymore. I have been following up on a parcel that shows delivered, but which I have not received, for almost 2 weeks. They have 3 days to sort it out since escalating a query. They extend the escalation with 3 days every time I phone. And you are told to just wait...

I wonder if my parcel is still in the warehouse, or will the items end up wrapped as Christmas gifts...???
