Misleading company

Something has to be done. They advertise a number that doesn't work. Upon searching on the internet, I came across an enormous amount of complaints, all saying the same thing. I managed to get a hold of his number, personal cell number. I asked him for the company details. He refused. I asked him at least 3 times. He responded with, "Do I want my package or do I want the details". I again said I want the details. He sent an emoji of "I don't care". There is something going on here, and we need to get to the bottom of it.
