Lost Golfbag

I ordered a golfbag from Temu for R 2050. On 27 27 January .Paid my import taxes R 450. GFS Express was supposed to deliver before 11 February. Enquiries to Temu and GFS Express to no avail. Still waiting. By not delivering my Golfbag I wonder if GFS Express stole my Golfbag.
