Literally dog **** is more useful.

This is a case where the first time was also the last time. My first experience with gfs was alright (note not perfect, but acceptable). But now, jeez, this company is absolutely useless. I'm surprised they're still in business? Received an email that my parcel from temu is out for delivery, few days later, nothing. Wait, let's try to call them. Nope, they refusing to pick up the phone? The one time they pick up, they promise that my parcel will be delivered THE NEXT DAY. Nope, don't believe these promises, they as empty probably as their warehouse. I would rather buy a plane ticket and go fetch my parcel from overseas myself, it's gonna be less of a hassle. Wouldn't reccomend this useless delivery company to anyone. The temu order was placed on 18/12/2025, they sent an email on 01/01/2026. Didn't expect to much as it was a public holiday. When I didn't receive the package on 02/01/2026, I called GFS. After trying 16 times, they finally answered, and promised, they literally promised me the package will be delivered the very next day. The next day comes and goes, nothing. Called them back on 05/01/2026, and once again, after trying 19 times they finally answered, promised again for the next day. Now, today 07/01/2025, I haven't received anything. If you order from temu, and you see gfs, leave the order. Rather buy someplace else.
