Late delivery no communication

Gfs is a courier service that transport orders from temu it's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't received no notification on the status of my delivery, there is no one u can speak too, I have sent numerous emails plus messages on what's apput still no correspondence what so ever, the worst courier services ever. Really disappointed
