I’ve ordered things from Temu and my order was handed to GFS express 2 weeks back

I’ve ordered things from Temu and my order was handed to GFS express 2 weeks back. They don’t communicate even the status on the app doesn’t change.i tried calling them but they don’t answer.I received an email yesterday around 14h00 saying my order is out for delivery but even today I haven’t received it
