Items ****** no investigation taking place j

Someone at gfs in port Elizabeth open and stole multiple items from me. Someone at the office said temu must refund me. They are not even interested in looking into it so they are aware. I even called on Sunday to the call center and it is now Friday and no one has bothered to call me back. So they are just a bunch of theives. Temu has refused to refund me due to it being delivered "successfully" someone run away with over a R1000 worth of stuff and I am just out money.
