Is it incompetency or *****ing????

I have been waiting for my parcel since 26/09/2025. Every single day I call the call center to tell them the number they have is wrong and give the correct number, every single day the supervisor will contact the driver and EVERY SINGLE DAY they still phone the incorrect number. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING HOLY, WHY CAN WE NOT CONTACT THE CUSTOMER ON THE NUMBER THEY HAVE PROVIDED. This is pathetic service, you have MY parcel that I paid for and point blank refuse to assist? Have you forgotten that you are offering a service that people pay for? Why is it so confusing to deliver a service you are supposed to provide?
