I’m beyond livid at the poor service

These people have not delivered my package. they are rude when you finally get through to their customer care, they never have answers and keep referring you back to their tracking system which doesn’t really give you any information they also refer you to their WhatsApp line which also doesn’t help at all I honestly just want my package and I wish they were communicating with me as to what’s happening I’m beyond livid at this point
