I WANT MY PARCELS

They never delivered my parcels instead they reschedule over and over, worst part when i am tracking, it even shows rescheduled with a customer what a LIE😭, I have never been contacted by any of the drivers.

Complained to their offices up until today no changes. I even ask them if the driver is unable to deliver i can come fetch myself to the warehouse, or they can go to the nearest police station and let me know. I am so ****ed off because i have to parcels on with them.

They should do better.
