I am ready to send out a search party for my package

If only there was a choice for 5 NEGATIVE stars. I purchase online very often and I have never, ever had such bad service. Terrible communication. The system tells you "WE ARE TRYING TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER..." and it stays like that for several days. Then it moves to "OUT FOR DELIVERY" but it seems like they're just out there delivering bad service instead of our packages. Don't bother phoning them, their automated system opens up their WhatsApp communication which is as useful as a bicycle in a tree. Do online retailers not look at valuable resources like Hellopeter before they decide on service providers?
