Horrible service

This courier is absolutely ridiculous, their agents can't assist with anything and they so never minded. My package has been out for delivery since the 18th of December. I called this courier company more than 20 times and only got through to hopeless agents 4 times. I've been promised call backs, still waiting! I even asked if I can collect my package from their DC only to be told no I have to wait until a driver is allocated!
