Horrible customer service

On Friday, 15 August 2025, at 18H50, I received a call from the courier that they standing in my road to deliver my parcel, while I was busy directing the driver to house or the address where the parcel must be drop, he told me that I must get someone to get to him but I'm still describing the property and within seconds he told me that he is not going to wait I must go and fetch the parcel at the warehouse. On the tracking it shows 15 August delivery fail no answer from client and the 17 August 15H43 it shows out for delivery, today 19 August at 10H30 I'm still waiting for the parcel and I've tried multiple times to get in contact there's no answer. The first time out of many parcels that was delivered I have a problem with this delivery and the first time that I can think of that this company is used thanks for the customer service it's extremely horrible
