HORRIBLE !! Avoid at all cost

Horrible !!

I paid my duty, but they never allocated to my order. I phoned their useless call center every day for a whole week. I had to call multiple times as the call got dropped every 3min. After speaking to a call agent, I was reassured (several times) my payment was allocated, even received a confirmation email. But I still got notifications that my duty is outstanding. After threatening the agent that I will stay online till the matter is resolved, they finally did something and my payment was allocated. After that, my order was put as “out for delivery” for 4days. They are just awful !!
