Hilton- worst delivery guy ever!!!

Absolute worst delivery guy EVER!!! The guys was so impatient. He called to confirm the address and in less than 10 minutes as at the delivery address when I tried explaining to him I had stepped out and had no way of getting back there so urgently and would send the code to someone to accept the delivery for me he was straight out rude, loud and shouting at me. He even proceeded to shout at me for even when I asked him to stop shouting at me. The GFS complaints platform on WhatsApp is useless and customer service would not pick up the call. I have never been so disrespected in my life if I could give a -1 rating I would.
