Highly disappointed!

Terrible service! My order has been "out for delivery " for over 2 weeks, I finally got a message on Tuesday stating that my order was going to be delivered, on Wednesday the driver from the same number told me sorry it will now be happening on Friday well today is Friday, I phoned the driver asking if it would be better to meet in PMB as I stay out of town to be told that oh she doesn't have my order anymore so fine I phone the office to get a woman that knows literally NOTHING, she can tell me that my parcel has been handed to another driver but cannot give me the drivers name or number because let me state her words "We dont keep records of it"!!!!!!!! Honestly what the actual hell!!!!

Does anyone have a number of a competent person that works there?
