GSF express worst courier company in existance

I wish I could rate less than 0. Worst courier company that exists.

Lost my parcel twice... if you call there is no-one awnsering the phone. If lucky enough that someone does awnser they ask tracking number and make you hold the call for more that 5 min just to get back to you saying everything that's already known and hangs up without saying anything. I honestly HATE these people!!!
