GFS Worst Service
Disgusting service! The number you call admits they don't know where the warehouse is and they can't control deliveries? Spoke to Maria who was trying to be helpful but their hands are tied. They said delivery yesterday and now Maria says it will maybe only be Monday to Wednesday next week! We make arrangements to be here for pickup then they don't pitch. Buffalo is by far the best service. We lodged a complaint to Temu. Investigating who owns GFS in Cape Town is also a dead end. This company according to Maria is only 3 months old! Imagine if they start with this **** service it will only get worse.

22 Sept 2025, 14:34I just called GFS again asking where my parcel was. This person speaking indistinctly says it's still at the warehouse they don't have a driver they are waiting for a driver? When I asked who is the boss he said he didn't know. When I asked him who employed him he said GFS? I said but who is the boss that employed you, he put the phone down. Sounds like fly by night company to me.
