gfs worst delivery service ever

his is one of the worst delivery companies that i have ever delt with. My goods from temu were picked up in Jhannesburg on the 11/5/2026. reveived the otp for delivery on the 14/5/26 . i constantly phones but no one want to help and just say yes we look into it even when I told them it was urgent - the driver does not answer his phone. and the adress cleary stated before a spesific time..... in bold cap letters - we are only 45 minutes away from the warehouse so it is not that long way either. the driver pass this adress on a daily basis to do deliveries!!!!! Its now 18/05/26. still no phone call - left messages for the supervisor to call back - no one pone and my parcel is laying now at the warehouse again. 0 rating - temu please check this delivery company it is bad.!!!
