GFS useless service provider

Worst service ever, was contacted by driver via whatsapp on a Tuesday requesting my location. He was 7 minutes away from my house. He said I must meet him at a random spot in town and I rejected. He then stated that he won't deliver my parcel as hes not allowed to work after 20:00. I gave him my location at 18:00. This happened last week Tuesday. It's now Monday the next week and still no delivery. Customer service does not answer phone nor reply on whatsapp.
