Gfs - shockingly BAD service

GFS has had my parcel from Temu for over a week. I have twice received notifications on WhatsApp that the parcel is out for delivery that day. Last week Thursday and this week Tuesday. I have still not received my parcel. The website link sent on what's app goes to an Indian company - the only contact number i can find *** is an automated response that states no-one is available to take my call. SHOCKING SERVICE , and I still dont have my parcel.
